ADRIADNA
Communication and Documentation Tracking and Control
ADRIADNA is a software solution designed to expedite formal
communications.
It gives corporations the procedures required to efficiently
track and control communications documentation, and by
implication, the activities associated with them. ADRIADNA
facilitates operations, produces exception reports and contains
on-line queries.
ADRIADNA offers strategic advantages to executives, including
better response time, productivity and business image. The
purpose of this software is to optimize communications management
by increasing the speed of circulation and delivery of
information, the primary material of efficient resource
utilization and customer image.
ADRIADNA is a friendly, flexible, interactive and functional
product which does not impose organizational schemes or
procedures on users. Instead, the user dynamically generates the
rules that govern the system according to his specific
organization.
ADRIADNA provides distinct levels of tracking, control,
administration and information services, which overflow into
better productivity and management.
The system delivers analytical information for the detection of
incoherent treatment rules established by the user and
discontinuity in work flow or volume, and helps orient management
decision making with respect to administrative tasks.
ADRIADNA is based on the premise that is possible to structure
administrative office work and that this requires basic support
for adequate control and direction. It has been designed to
permit identification and treatment of elemental administrative
tasks, according to the nature of the distinct activities, the
norms and procedures which govern them, and the style of
corporate management.
ADRIADNA is designed to operate in multi-user environments, on
minicomputers or mainframes, under the standard support features
of COBOL. It includes a relational data base and an Access and
Privileges Control System. It requires basic utilities for
administration of indexed and sequential files, and screens.
A typical configuration includes work stations dedicated to its
communications services and access to terminals during the
working day for managers or management units.
